Spamming and Invasion of Privacy of Others, Violating Intellectual Property Law, Transmitting Obscene or Indecent Speech or Materials, Transmitting Defamatory or Abusive Language, Hacking or Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses, or Other Destructive Activities. The company uses filtering software to help reduce the possibility of customers accessing or encountering illegal/objectionable content but, because there is no perfect filtering technology and some illegal/objectionable websites may evade the filtering software, tenants wishing to use the WI-FI service will be required to abide by the Companies Policy described above. Furthermore, failure to abide by the Companies Wi-Fi usage policy may result in blocking the offender’s use of the service and may be civilly or criminally punishable by all applicable federal, state, city, town, and or county laws. Your use of the Service and any activities conducted online through the Service shall not violate any applicable law or regulation or the rights of the Company, or any third party. The Company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury or loss that results from inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive, or illegal Internet communications

By using the free Internet service provided by our Companies, you are agreeing to the policy and disclaimer set forth above and below. Users are responsible for having proper hardware, software and network settings on their wireless devices. Our company or employees will not provide assistance with Wi-Fi connection problems. While we do offer this access free, we have a few things that must be said about the Companies limitation of liability. The Companies will not be held liable for any damages claimed to be a result of accessing our wireless network, whether those damages be direct or indirectly related to your utilizing the service. You use this service at your own risk, entirely. The Companies have invested many hours in research and development to provide a fast service that is as secure as we can reasonably provide it, but we make no claims as to the level of security the system provides. All users accessing our network must assume the system to be "not secure" and must protect themselves from hackers and virus threats and spyware, etc. at their own point of access.

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU HAVE A WORKING FIREWALL INSTALLED ON YOUR LOCAL PC OR LAPTOP, AND THAT YOU KEEP IT PROPERLY CONFIGURED AND TURNED ON AT ALL TIMES. If you do not understand the importance of and the workings of a firewall on your local system, it is your responsibility to correct this before agreeing to these terms of use.

IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU INSTALL ADEQUATE VIRUS PROTECTION AND SPYWARE/ADWARE PROTECTION ON YOUR END. Our Companies do not filter or monitor or protect in any way the data you request and receive at your local system. You are responsible for protecting your own PC and your own data.

Our companies will do our best to keep our wireless network up and running 24 hours a day and 365 days a year, but we make no guarantee that there will not be periods of interruption or that the signal inside the buildings will always be strong enough to reach your own access point. Some areas of the buildings may provide stronger signals than others. At times some areas of the buildings may provide no signal. If you require access that is more reliable than our companies can reasonably provide, we advise that you purchase your own access through your telephone service provider. There are many providers of individual DSL service to our residents that wish to purchase their own DSL or Cable modem service. If high levels of security and reliability are important to you, we ask that you purchase your own DSL access through a service provider. Our companies’ reserves the right to deny access to anyone at any time and to terminate the service at any time, at their discretion. Refunds of rental or other fees paid by our tenants will not be granted based on the unavailability or fluctuating quality of this free service. We will attempt to always provide the quality service that matches our advertising claims, but we offer no guarantees as to availability or quality of access and we remind you again to protect your own PC equipment and data on YOUR end.
